Terms & Conditions

1. It is mandatory for the Teacher to complete the Session in which he/she has joined the school.
2. One Month Salary of the Teacher is kept with the school as the Security (which is refundable at the last). Security is deducted in the first 2 salaries of the teachers. Sandwich Deduction is followed.
3. If Teacher does not complete the session. Then:
   • Security will not be refunded.
   • No experience certificate will be provided.
   • No Salary for the Pending days will be given.
4. School will provide only selected gazetted holidays to the teachers. Other than that every holiday will be deductible. Every Leave needs to be sanctioned from the office else double deduction is done.
5. Dress code of the teachers (Trouser-Shirt or Suits with Blazers) needs to be followed on daily basis. On the exempted days Teachers should wear Suits with Duppatta.
6. On some Days, if Adjustments are given to teachers, teachers have to follow that. One cannot deny the Adjustments allotted.
7. No Resignations will be accepted before 1st of March (As No teacher can leave in between the session) All the Resigns will be accepted on 1st March and Management can relieve the member till 31st march. No Leaves will be sanctioned during Notice period. No. of absent days in the notice period extend the notice period to the same no. of days. (i.e. if the teacher is absent for 3 days in the notice period, notice period will extend further to 3 days)
8. Reporting time of the teachers is 15 Minutes before the School timings. (For Example: If School is commencing at 8:30 am the Reporting time for the Teachers is 8:15 am). Hourly Deductions are done, if a Teacher reports late. Same follows if the teacher leaves the school early.
9. For Experience Certificate:
   • Will be provided only to BEd. Teachers.
   • EC will not be provided for the duration of less than 1 year.
10. Summer Vacations and Winter Vacations will be allotted to the Teachers who are working with the institution for more than one year.
11. Uncertain Holidays and 4th Saturdays will be working for Staff members. Any Uncertain Holiday for the staff members will be notified in the Official Information group of the Teachers.
12. Corporal Punishment is strictly banned in the school. Teacher has to sign the Undertaking of Not punishing any student in whatever circumstances.
13. Number of Summer Vacations and Winter Vacations for the staff members will be decided by the Management at the time of the Vacations only. The staff members who are working with the institution for more than One Year are Given the Paid Holidays. The Staff Members who are working with the institution for less than a year are not eligible for the Paid Holidays, They will not get paid for the summer and winter vacations.
14. For any sort of Communication with the Management or the coordinators, the Staff member Himself/herself is allowed to talk. No family Member of the Employee is allowed to talk on the behalf of the Employee. That will not be considered.
15. The Salary of May Month of Temporary Staff (i.e. Working with the institution for less than a year) will be paid in the month of July.
